Hi there!

My name is Niclas Bohman, a Gameplay Scripter/QA Analyst,

currently studying Game Design at Futuregames in Stockholm, Sweden.

I have been an avid gamer for as long as I can remember and has grown up with games as my favorite hobby. I started dreaming of creating my own games early and could often be found sketching up game ideas as a youngster.

As a person I am reliable, analytical and detail oriented that uses my creativity to solve problems. I am a fast learner, which allows me to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and software. I always strives to be amongst the best in the field I operates in and is very eager to learn new things and broaden my competences. My goal with my career is to have a job that is interesting and fun at the same time. A job that I can be proud of and that engages me.

Prior to my studies at Futuregames I studied three years at Södertörn University for a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Computer Game Development: Game Programming. An education with great focus on practical competence gained by a number of different game projects. I learned how to script and make games with C# in Unity and how game creation could be achieved with project management tools like Scrum and Hansoft.

I also have extensive work experience from Quality Assurance in the automotive industry, something that have made me very curious on how

QA is handled in the games industry. During my time at Futuregames I've

had the chance to participate in a number of focus tests for games like Warhammer: Vermintide by Fatshark, Party Monsters by Rovio and several EA-produced games. I also got to do some QA-testing for the game

The Solus Project by Teotl Studios/Grip Digital.

As a scripter I like to focus on game mechanics and level scripting/scripted events. I also enjoy playing around with in-game cutscenes and implementing animations.
